• Deposit: 20% of the total amount is required to make a reservation.
• The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE
• 30 days prior to the arrival, the deposit can be applied to an alternative reservation made by same person in the current season only (one modification per reservation is allowed). The modification must be made for the same number of sites initially reserved.

Travelers Campsites

• Final payment is required within 7 days of arrival. No changes or cancellations are permitted within 7 days of arrival. No refunds will be made.
• Politique de réservation 2025 haute saison : Minimum de 7 nuits du 20 juin au 22 août. Les
  réservations sont du vendredi au vendredi.
• Politique de réservation 2025 basse saison : Minimum de 2 nuits et minimum 3 nuits pour les fériés. Lors des fins de semaine de fériés, les départs doivent être faits le lundi.
• Le terrain A406 et A408 sont idéals pour les motorisés. Les autres types d’équipement peuvent être installés par notre équipe à l’aide d’un Loader.
• Arrival from 2 pm and departure before noon. Early arrival and late departure not possible. 14h et le départ doit être avant midi. Arrivée devancée et départ tardif non possible.
• Electric/hybrid vehicles or golf carts are subject to a charge of $10 (+ taxes) per night.

Prêts-à-camper (Coolbox)

• For the ready-to-camp unites, the final payment is required at least 30 days before the arrival date. 30 days upon the arrival date, modifications and annulations are not allowed. Cancellation after specified deadline or failure to show up without advising, will result in full amount taken on your card.
• Peak season: Booking by predefined block. 3 nights from Tuesday to Friday, 4 nights from Friday to Tuesday, 7 nights from Friday to Friday or Tuesday to Tuesday.
• Off-season: Minimum of 2 nights required. Minimum of 3 nights required during holidays.
• The campground may deduct up to $1,000 from the credit card on file in the event of breakage, damage, or theft, or in the event of non-standard cleaning required to restore the unit to the condition in which you found it on arrival.
• Coolbox: Pets (dog or cat) are permitted for a fee of $15/night per pet. Maximum of two (2) pets per Coolbox. Fifthwheel: Pets are not permitted in the fifthwheel.
• Arrival is from 3 pm and departure before 11 am. Early arrival and late departure not possible.
• Electric/hybrid vehicles or golf carts are subject to a charge of $10 (+ taxes) per night.

Activites and commodities

• The opening of the water park and the bistro is not guaranteed and may vary according to the FORESEEN or actual weather, the availability of employees, the maintenance of the facilities or other factors. No refund or compensation will be possible in the event of closure of the water park or bistro.
